At K-Toki, we carefully source Korean skincare products and ship them to customers in Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the product, supplier, courier service, and destination within Australia.

Some products may be shipped directly from Korea or from our fulfilment partners.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. K-Toki is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ktoki.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
