Return & Refund Policy

At K-Toki, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect items received

To request a return, please contact us at hello@ktoki.com with your order number and photos of the item where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Opened skincare or cosmetic products
- Used products
- Change of mind purchases
- Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
